Each attorney who subscribes to Gold Docs is given an account manager who is thoroughly knowledgeable in our content and technology. While Gold Docs is extremely user friendly and training may not be needed or desired, individual training will be offered to you for free, and is provided either in your office or over the internet through an on-line meeting. The training will be catered to your needs and areas of practice and usually runs one hour. Any and all of your staff may participate.
