Gold Docs shall be held harmless if Gold Docs has been advised of the possibility of any and all said damages, resulting from your access to and use of the Gold Docs website. If a user is dissatisfied with any portion of this website, with any of the information found at the site or with any of the terms of use that are part of this Agreement, the User's sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website and the information found there.
4. HOLD HARMLESS. The User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Gold Docs and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, penalties, forfeitures, suits, judgments and associated costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, which Gold Docs may incur, become responsible for, or pay, as caused by either the User's unintended but wrongful use of the Gold Docs website or because of the User's breach of any term or provision of this Agreement.
5. FORMAT. At any given time, Gold Docs reserves its right to make any changes to the terms and conditions of this website or the available information that is part of the website at that time. User agrees that by visiting the website, they become bound by the most current version, including any and all applicable changes. User is responsible for reviewing the most current version each time they visit the website.
6. JURISDICTION. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Minnesota, including the laws of Minnesota Federal district courts. The User agrees that all disputes and litigation regarding this Agreement and matters connected with its performance, or relating to the use of this website and information, shall be subject to, and they each consent to, jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of Minnesota. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give full faith and effect to all provision of these terms and conditions, including this paragraph.
